High-clamp pressure plate, 3-piece disc with carbon or ceramic material. SPEC performance stage III clutch kits use even stronger pressure plates and four-puck discs to handle serious power. All stage III kits use a unique performance pressure plate. This results in a pedal that is noticeably firmer than stock, but not awkwardly stiff. The stage three's sprung hub and four-puck carbon disc results in a more aggressive engagement, yet is still streetable. All kits include the disc, pressure plate, alignment tool, and throw-out bearing (where applicable.)
